Great Ocean Road Gin
Great Ocean Road Gin is a small batch craft gin company producing local gin which features botanicals and ingredients from the Great Ocean Road and Surfcoast region, including indigenous botanicals such as kelp, salt bush, coast daisy, local honey and gums.
Started as a sea change back in late 2017 the range of gins includes the Guvvos Gin which is inspired by native botanicals from around the great ocean road and the award winning Navy Strength Gin “Split Point” named after the famous Aireys Inlet Lighthouse.
Another great part of the range is the hand crafted premix G&T featuring the gold medal winning Guvvos gin carefully paired with our own premium low sugar artisan tonic. The perfect quick stop, pick up and go for enjoying later on your trip down the Ocean Road.
The newest edition to the range is the Grapefruit-cello “Batch 2”. A vibrant aroma on the nose, bright and bursting with white grapefruit peel, brioche, honeysuckle & ginger, the “Grapefruit-cello” is complex with less sugar than some of the more traditional “cello’s”, allowing the bitterness & spice to play at the forefront – contrasting with the sweeter elements of the fruit itself.
The venue features a tasting room and shady gin garden where you can settle in and enjoy gin tastings, gin cocktails, local craft beers and wine at the bar or out enjoying the sunshine in the garden.
