Turner Stillhouse

Turner Stillhouse is located just a quick 15 minutes from Launceston we are ideally located next to Tamar Ridge Cellar Door within the heart of the scenic Tamar Valley.

Founder by Justin Turner a born-and-raised Californian whos family owned a winery that also made spirits, so it’s unsurprising that he became a distiller. He met and married his Tasmanian wife, herself from a multigenerational farming family, and they relocated to set up the Turner Stillhouse in the Tamar Valley wine region overlooking the Tamar river.

The range of Three Cuts gin’s is named after the three cuts of roses used to create the spirit along with Tasmanian natives used alongside traditional botanicals to create their Gins.

The Three Cut gin’s have won a bunch of awards both locally and internationally, featured in the range are the Founder Release, Distillers Release and two Barrel Rested Gins one in a Pinot Barrel and the other in a Chardonnay Barrel.

The Turner bespoke vodka is made in small batches, carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water and a unique blend of three cuts of rose. This vodka is ideal for creating your favourite cocktail or sipping slowly over ice.

Something to get excited about Turner Stillhouse plan to produce super-premium single malt, rye and corn whisky in the coming years.

There are two tours on offer the first you will learn first hand how they produce their gins and whiskies and the tours includes a guided tasting of all our core spirits.
