Ambleside Distillers
Ambleside Distillers was founded in 2016 by Matt, Trudy and Steve and has since grown into one of South Australia’s most highly awarded and loved spirits brands.
Located on their family acreage in Hahndorf, Ambleside Distillers was built ‘from the garden up’, with an emphasis on ingredients and flavours that thrive in the Adelaide Hills including botanicals grown in the onsite garden.
A visit to the newly developed tasting room will reward you with amazing gin and tasty food. You can start with a Gin Tasting Flight where one of the Ambleside team will guide you through a tasting of core range gins, paired with garnishes.
Afterwards head out to the balcony where you can enjoy one or more of their food platters featuring dips, cheeses cured meats or grab one of the best Ruben sandwiches you will ever taste, all while enjoying a gin cocktail.
