Bathtub Gin Company is located in beautiful historic Williamstown on the other side of the westgate in Melbourne, a charming warehouse conversion is home to Bathtub Gin Co’s working distillery.
This is where they create a quality range of small batch artisan gins, whiskys, brandys, vodkas, limoncellos and so much more.
Their traditional botanicals are sourced from organic Australian suppliers which we then blend using contemporary flavours.
A visit to the Distiller’s Bar is the perfect way to enjoy a cocktail or two while you relax in their space, served with accompanying nibbles.
Be sure to try the Angry Duck Gin, it is a contempory twist on a London Dry. Bold, feisty and full of juniper with spicy undertones to match.
With juniper at the forefront, and traditional botanicals such as coriander, angelica root and some spice characters from our good old cardamom, the team have created a gin that has a strong enough back bone to hold up in nearly any drink.
Overall Angry Duck makes an absolutely cracking martini or Negroni, if you like it strong and punchy. For a lighter style it does fantastically in a G&T or as a spritz.
