Now dropping in on Illegal Tender for a visit is not a simple process being located about a thee and a half hour drive north of Perth but Rum distilleries are few and far between in Australia.
When you visit, you can book a distillery tour online in advance to ensure you don’t miss out. The 45 min tour by one of their expert guides, will take you through the purpose built process facility, the bottling area, and finishing in the Cellar Door for two complimentry tastings where you are able to relax and ask as many questions as you would like.
You can also drop in at the cellar door and sample some of their unique, handmade Australian Rums and award-winning spirits. Tastings are available throughout the day and do not need to be booked ahead.
