Patient Wolf Distilling is an urban distillery, located in the back streets of Southbank on the edge of the Melbourne CBD. Their German made copper still is the perfect backdrop to the bar when sipping world class cocktails at the bar, and learning more about all things gin and cocktails.
Patient Wolf has been relentless and ruthless in the pursuit of crafting premium Australian Gin. It took time, jet-lag, hangovers and the best part of three years to launch their creation. They have shared and refined, listened and learned because all good things take time.
The crucial mix of attitude, insight, knowledge, native and exotic botanicals, citrus, pure Australian water and our innovative distilling process define our hand-crafted Gin. The core range of gins includes a Melbourne Dry Gin, Summer Thyme Gin, Blackthorn Gin and a Pinot Noir Gin, whatever you tastes are they have got you covered.
When you plan your visit to Patient Wolf you pre-book for a two hour booking for up to 15 people. Along with G&Ts, cocktails and gin tasting flights you can pre-book your grazing board of cheese, charcuterie and antipasto from Bill’s Farm Deli.
