That Spirited Lot Distillers
That Spirited Lot Distillers began as a wild idea between brothers Jon-Paul (JP) and Chris Willigenburg in 2016. It was a lifelong dream of theirs to work together on a project that captured their love for tastes and flavours and distilling offered a perfect new adventure.
Along the way, sisters Sarah and Kate Barton also joined the boys on their crazy ride. The idea rapidly gained momentum and on Christmas Eve of 2018 a 200L copper still named Doris (after the brothers’ late grandmother) arrived in their little warehouse in Seaford.
You can visit the distillery on Wednesday through Sunday where they have a range of mixed drinks and spirit flights to ensure you get the best out of your visit. They also have a full drinks list including banging G&Ts and some pretty awesome cocktails.
If you are stuck as the driver of your group That Spirited Lot Distillers also have a range of inhouse made sodas, coffee, tea and snacks.
If you are a little peckish you can try one of the many styles of Jaffles on offer or you could go for a grazing board, be sure to book a table for your crew to avoid disappointment.
