Three Foxes Distillery

Three Foxes Distillery is a family owned and operated distillery that dates back four generations to 1901, with humble and honest beginnings.

Three Foxes are digital only, That means while their distillery is located just outside the Melbourne CBD, they can’t welcome you there for tastings and tours.

Their tale can be traced to the opening of a micro-distillery in Constantinople, at first established in order to produce spirits to compliment the mezze cuisine served at their family restaurant next door.

This is where they showcased boutique batches of Vodka, Ouzo & Liqueurs, which was the perfect complement to the seafood-based menu, and quickly became a favorite for the customers who frequented it.

Born out of this simple beginning, and drawn together by a common desire for craft distilling, three generations now work side by side, continuing the family legacy.

Three Foxes Distillery offer three spirits an Organic Rosella Gin, an Organic Vodka and their famous Syrtaki Ouzo.

For a quiet sipper you should consider the Organic Espresso Amaro, a union of espresso, dark chocolate and earthy botanicals sets up a blissful journey for the discerning coffee addict.

A fantastic product are the “Foxtails” bottled cocktails which are single cocktails made for the good times.

These cocktails are not made in the traditional sense by mixing bottled liquor. They create all our flavours with the actual fruits and botanicals to create the classics as well as a few of their own creations. Be sure to check out the range on their website.
