Alchemy Distillers

The Alchemy Distillers building in beautiful Healesville was once an old bakery dated back to the late 1800’s. Within the Distillery the building still has the original ovens and even the original steel flooring which gives Alchemy an amazing atmosphere to sit down and enjoy a tasting paddle.

Alchemy features a Chamomile Gin, Classic Vodka, Citris Vodka and alongside a variety of limited small batch spirits for you to try and buy. We are also patiently waiting on their Single Malt Whisky which like all good things we will have to wait.

Are you looking for somewhere to stay during a long weekend trip though the Yarra Valley? Then look no further than the Loft at Alchemy Distillers. Featuring independent access from the main street of Healesville so you can come and go as it suits you.

Located on the main drag of Healesville you can stay right at Distillier, you will have access to our bar and the cafe right underneath you.

Have an idea? Alchemy offer contract distilling service which can be tailored to your personal or business requirements. The team will guide you through the process from concept to creation utilise our 1000 litre hybrid reflux still to make anything from whiskey, gin, vodka or liqueurs.
