Brogan’s Way Distillery
Brogan’s Way Distillery can be found on a quite street in Richmond just down to road from Mountain Goat Brewery.
The interior is replete with the obligatory creeping greenery and industrial shabby charm of an automotive warehouse turned 120-plus capacity bar. Copper distilling equipment looms; its metallic surfaces illuminated in shades of blue, green and orange.
As a working gin distillery, the complete process is very much on display providing visitors an insight into the production of the aromatic spirit, including the ingredients that make Brogan’s Way gins unique.
You can enjoy a range of Brogan’s gins in a tasting flight or sample some of the classic gin cocktails expertly made with local ingredients by the amazing and knowable team.
If you get the munchies light meals, charcuterie and cheese boards and grazing plates are available at the bar and pair perfectly with tasting flight or a classic Gin and Tonic.
There are a collection of awards which have gone to Brogan’s gin range including the Royal Blood Gin (Navy Strength), Evening Light Gin, Everyday Salvation Gin and Hearts Afire Gin just to name a few.
If gin is not your drink there is also Vodka, Liqueurs and Bottled Cocktails on offer from Brogan’s.
Brogan’s Way Distillery offer one of the biggest ranges of masterclasses in Australia.
At the Cocktail Making Class you will learn how to mix, muddle, stir and shake classic gin cocktails under the expertise of our talented bar staff. Available every Thursday.
The Gin Making Workshop will teach you the approach and process of making gin before selecting botanicals and assisting in distilling your very own micro batch of gin.
If you want to take it to the next level the Gin Masterclass is an immersive sensory session involving sampling Brogan’s premium range of gins, touring the distillery and discussions surrounding their journey and process.
